Deleting your account and your data
First close any open orders, then request deletion via the contact form. Some data we are legally required to keep.
Before you delete
- Close any open orders and disputes.
- Do not leave unused credit; it is lost on deletion.
- Delete or close your active listings.
Requesting it
Send us a request via the contact form, from the email address on your account. We confirm and carry it out.
What happens
Your profile, listings and messages are deleted or anonymised. Reviews you left stay visible without your name, so the picture stays accurate for other members.
What we have to keep
Invoices and accounting records of completed transactions are kept for as long as tax law requires. We cannot erase those on request — that obligation takes precedence.
