Good sellers are what make reebee trustworthy. Anyone who meets the criteria below automatically receives Top seller status — with real benefits. No application needed: the status is recalculated weekly and can lapse if the criteria are no longer met.
The criteria (complete and current)
Only paid, completed orders count. These are exactly the values in force today:
At least 10 completed sales in the last 90 days.
To at least 5 different buyers.
At least 5 reviews received, averaging 4.5 stars or more.
At least 90% of your shipments dispatched within 3 calendar days of payment (does not apply to pickups).
At most 2% disputes on your paid orders.
No active strikes.
Identity verified (highest verification level).
The status is automatically recalculated every week against these exact criteria — granting and revoking alike. That is what keeps the badge meaningful.

Ranking transparency: seller search results are ordered first by paid promotion (Spotlight, clearly labelled), then by Top seller status, then by sales reputation. Item search results are not affected.
Loyal buyers are rewarded too
Bought at least 5 times from at least 3 different sellers, without strikes? You automatically get 20% off the buyer-protection fee on every purchase.
The discount is applied automatically and shown in the price breakdown at checkout. This status is also recalculated periodically.
