The drop-off point cannot scan my label or QR code
Almost always you are at the wrong carrier. Every label belongs to one carrier — bpost will not accept a Mondial Relay label, and vice versa.
First: which carrier is on your order?
Open the order. At the top of the shipping block you will find the carrier for this shipment, and below it drop-off points near you with their opening hours.
A label or QR code always belongs to one carrier. A bpost point cannot process a Mondial Relay label, a Point Relais cannot process a bpost label. This is not an outage and not a mistake in your code — it is simply a different network.
"They say they only scan barcodes"
Then you are at a carrier that does not offer label-free shipping with a QR code. Two ways out:
- Go to a drop-off point of the carrier shown on your order. With a QR code they print the label there; your parcel stays empty.
- Or pick the printed label variant on the order page (if there is one), print it yourself and stick it on the parcel.
I have no point of that carrier nearby
You can settle that up front: on your profile, under Carriers, switch off the carriers you cannot reach. Buyers will then only see the carriers you actually work with. This applies to new orders — an order that is already paid keeps the carrier the buyer chose.
