Buying

The item is not as described

Report it on the order within the window, with clear photos. We assess it and may refund (partially), possibly after a return.

Damaged, counterfeit, a different model, or a fault that was not mentioned? That is a valid reason to report a problem.

What you do

  1. Take photos as soon as you open the parcel: the item, the fault, and the packaging.
  2. Open the order and click *Report a problem*.
  3. Describe factually what differs from the listing, and attach the photos.

What we do

We ask the seller to respond and look at the listing as it was at the time of your purchase. Possible outcomes:

  • full refund after return (we provide the return label);
  • partial refund if you keep the item;
  • no refund if the fault was clearly stated in the listing.

Normal signs of use on second-hand items are not a fault — always look carefully at the photos and the stated condition before buying.
