Reporting a scam or abuse
Report suspicious listings and messages with the report button. Do not get into an argument and never pay off-platform.
What to report
Counterfeit products, prohibited or dangerous items, abusive messages, someone trying to lure you off the platform, or a profile impersonating someone else.
How to report
- A listing: click *Report* on the listing page and choose a reason.
- A message or user: use the report button in the conversation or on the profile.
- Something urgent (a threat, a minor at risk): contact us immediately via the contact form.
What happens next
A staff member reviews your report — we do not do this automatically. Depending on what we find we remove the listing, issue a warning, or block the account. You are told the outcome. Your report is not visible to the person reported.
Already paid?
Also report it on the order itself straight away, so your payment stays blocked. If it happened off-platform, file a police report and warn your bank — unfortunately we cannot mediate then.
