Shipping
Preparing and dropping off your parcel
Pack firmly, stick on the label from the order page and drop it off within the deadline. Then mark the order as shipped.
Packing
- Use a sturdy box or mailer; reusing is fine, cover up old labels.
- Fill the empty space so nothing shifts. Paper or bubble wrap is enough.
- Wrap fragile items separately and write "fragile" on the box.
- Put clothing in a plastic bag inside the box — cardboard gets damp.
Label and drop-off
- Open the order and download the shipping label.
- Print it and stick it flat on the largest side, across its whole surface, with no folds over the barcode.
- Drop it off at a carrier drop-off point, before the shipping deadline shown on the order.
- Keep your proof of postage until the buyer confirms receipt. That is your evidence if something goes wrong.
- Mark the order as shipped. The buyer automatically gets the tracking.
Cannot ship in time? Tell the buyer straight away via the conversation — that almost always prevents a dispute.
