Selling from a country where shipping isn't open yet
You can post listings in any country where reebee is active, but shipping with our labels and payouts are opened country by country. If you see "Shipping isn't available here yet" or "Payouts aren't available in your country yet", your country isn't open yet: post your listings with pickup and you're ready the moment shipping opens. We'll let you know by email; we don't promise a date.
What already works
- Creating an account and posting listings, also in bulk via the extension.
- Selling with pickup: the buyer picks a slot from your availability and you meet up.
- Your listings are found via Google and in search results.
What doesn't work yet
- Shipping with our labels: that needs a contract with a carrier in your country. Until that's done, "Shipping" stays disabled when posting.
- Payouts via our payment partner: those too are opened per country. Without shipping you don't need them yet, as pickup runs without payment through the platform.
Best thing to do
Post your listings now with pickup. As soon as shipping opens in your country, you switch on "Shipping" on your listings in one go and set up your payout. We'll announce it by email; ask via the contact form if you want to be on the list.
Business sellers
As a trader, apply for shop status via Become a shop with your business details and VAT number. You can do that now; the identity check that comes with it is handled within 48 hours.
