Shipping options and rates
At checkout the buyer chooses between home delivery, a pickup point or a parcel locker. The rate depends on the parcel size.
The options
- Home delivery — to the buyer's address; if nobody is in, it goes to a nearby pickup point.
- Pickup point — a post point or parcel shop; usually the cheapest option.
- Parcel locker — collect 24/7 with a code.
The buyer chooses at checkout and immediately sees what each option costs.
What sets the price
The size the seller states on the listing (S, M, L, XL). Set it as honestly as you can: if the parcel is bigger or heavier than declared, the carrier may charge a surcharge that is on you.
Not sure? Measure the packed parcel (length + width + height) and weigh it. The size table when posting shows the limits per class.
Shipping label
As soon as the order is paid, the shipping label is ready on the order detail page. So you do not have to buy a label yourself.
