Forgotten password or changing your email
Use 'Forgot password' on the login page. You change your email on your profile; the new address has to be confirmed.
Forgotten password
On the login page click Forgot password and enter your email address. You get a link to set a new password. The link is valid for a limited time; feel free to request a new one if it has expired.
For security reasons we never say whether an address is known to us. If you get nothing, check your spam folder and whether you registered with that address.
Changing your password
Go to Profile and choose *Change password*. You need your current password.
Changing your email address
Also on your profile. You enter the new address and receive a confirmation link there; the change only takes effect once you open it. That way nobody can hijack your account by simply switching the address.
Logged in via Google, Facebook or Apple
Then you have no password with us. Change it at that provider; your access to reebee follows automatically.
