How does a refund work?
An approved refund goes back to your original payment method. At your bank that usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
When you get money back
- You cancel an order that has not shipped yet.
- The seller cancels or does not ship in time.
- A problem report is decided in your favour.
- A pickup does not happen and you report it.
How long it takes
Once we release the refund, it has left us. After that your bank or card issuer sets the pace: usually 3 to 5 working days, sometimes up to ten days for credit cards. You can see the status on the order and in your Wallet.
Why sometimes not the full amount?
- If you cancel an already-paid order yourself, the payment costs may be deducted.
- With a partial outcome (you keep the item at a discount), only that part is refunded.
- Applied credit comes back as credit, not as money in your account.
Still nothing after ten working days while the order shows "Refunded"? Contact us with your order number.
