Cancelling an order
As long as the seller has not shipped, you can cancel from the order page. After that it goes through a problem report.
Not shipped yet
Open the order under Purchases and click *Cancel*. You get your money back to the same payment method; with your bank this usually takes a few working days.
Note: if you cancel a paid order yourself, the payment costs may be deducted from the refund. This is shown before you confirm.
Already shipped
You can no longer cancel. Do not refuse the parcel and do not simply send it back — instead report a problem on the order, so the return and refund run properly through us.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy from a shop (professional seller), you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you buy from a private individual, that right does not apply — which is why it matters to look carefully and ask questions via the conversation first.
