When do I get my money?
Your payout is released after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after the confirmation window. Then allow a few working days.
The sequence
- The buyer pays. The money is held by reebee — you see the order straight away, but the amount is not yours yet.
- You ship or hand over, and mark that on the order.
- The buyer confirms receipt. If they do not, the order proceeds automatically after the confirmation window.
- The payout is released and transferred to your linked account. Allow a few working days at your bank.
What is deducted
As a seller you pay no listing fees. What can be deducted: shop commission (professional sellers only), an outstanding debt from an earlier cancellation, and the share of a bundle discount.
