Where is my order?
You can see the current status of every order under Purchases. If a parcel is on its way, the tracking code is on the order detail page.
Go to Purchases in your account and open the order. The status is at the top:
- Awaiting payment — payment is not complete. The reservation expires after 60 minutes.
- Paid — the seller still has to ship, or you still need to arrange a meet-up.
- Shipped — a parcel is on its way. The tracking code is on the page; click it to follow it at the carrier.
- Delivered — confirm receipt so the seller gets paid.
- Completed — all done.
How long does it take?
After your payment the seller has a few days to ship; the exact deadline is on the order page. After that the carrier usually takes 1 to 2 working days within Belgium.
