Payment methods
You pay by Bancontact, card or whatever is shown at checkout. Paying outside the platform is never safe.
At checkout you see the available methods. Which ones depends on your country and the platform settings; in Belgium Bancontact and debit or credit card are the usual choices.
What to know
- You pay reebee, not the seller directly. That is what lets us hold the money until delivery is settled.
- The amount you see before you confirm is the final amount. Nothing is added afterwards.
- If you have credit (for example from an invitation), it is deducted automatically and shown in the summary.
Payment declined?
Check that your card or app allows online payments and that your daily limit is not reached. If it still fails, try another method. A failed payment reserves nothing: the listing stays available to others.
Never do this
Never pay by bank transfer, gift card, crypto or "friends and family" in a payment app, even if the seller insists. Outside the platform you have no protection at all.
